01
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of PICKLE//QUEUE, including our website, application features, event tools, registration flows, court assignment tools, leaderboards, and related services.
By creating an account, signing in, registering for an event, organizing an event, or otherwise using PICKLE//QUEUE, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02
The Service
PICKLE//QUEUE helps pickleball players and organizers discover events, manage registrations, approve waitlists, check players in, assign courts, track matches, display leaderboards, and maintain event history.
The Service is provided as a community and event management tool. It does not guarantee event availability, organizer performance, player attendance, match quality, venue access, or event outcomes.
03
Accounts and Verification
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You may be required to verify your email address before accessing player or organizer features.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- We may suspend or restrict accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms.
04
Player Responsibilities
- Register only for events you reasonably intend to attend.
- Keep your profile and rating information accurate.
- Follow organizer instructions, venue rules, court assignment flows, and event-specific rules.
- Treat other players, organizers, and venue staff respectfully.
- Do not misuse check-in, waitlist, leaderboard, match history, or rating features.
05
Organizer Responsibilities
- Create accurate event listings, including date, time, location, capacity, fees, registration rules, and skill requirements.
- Manage registrations, waitlists, check-ins, court assignments, winners, cancellations, and event completion responsibly.
- Communicate material changes to players when appropriate.
- Comply with venue rules, safety requirements, local laws, and payment or refund obligations you create for your event.
- Do not use the Service to mislead players or collect information beyond what is needed for legitimate event management.
06
Event Registration and Capacity
Event registration may be automatic or subject to organizer approval. Registration is not guaranteed until the Service shows that your registration has been accepted or approved.
If an event reaches capacity, additional players may be blocked from joining or placed on a waitlist depending on the organizer's settings.
Completed events become part of historical event records. Players may no longer leave completed events where participation history must be preserved.
07
Fees and Payments
PICKLE//QUEUE may display event fees set by organizers. An event listed as free means the displayed event fee is zero in the platform.
Unless the Service later provides an official payment flow, payment collection, refunds, disputes, and fee-related obligations are handled directly by the organizer and participants.
PICKLE//QUEUE is not responsible for offline payment disputes, venue fees, organizer charges, refunds, or third-party payment arrangements made outside the Service.
08
Ratings, Leaderboards, and Match History
- Ratings may be self-reported, organizer-assigned, verified, or imported from approved third-party services where supported.
- Leaderboards and match histories depend on organizer input, court assignments, winner selections, and available event data.
- You understand that match records may contain mistakes and may be corrected when appropriate.
- Do not manipulate ratings, match outcomes, attendance, check-ins, or leaderboard data.
09
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, deceptive, or disruptive activity.
- Do not attempt to access accounts, data, routes, APIs, or systems without authorization.
- Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass security, or interfere with the Service.
- Do not upload malicious code, misleading content, infringing content, or content that violates another person's rights.
10

You may submit profile information, photos, event details, descriptions, ratings, registration information, and other content. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us permission to host, process, display, and use it as needed to operate and improve the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not violate the rights of others.
11
